Stereotactic Radiosurgery |
Stereotactic radiosurgery allows
the administration of high radiation doses in a specific intracraneal
volume, whilst the healthy neighbouring areas are not subjected
to significant doses.

Indications
Treatment of:
- Small sized intracraneal arteriovenous
malformations.
- Small sized intracraneal benign tumours: neurinomas, miningiomas,
hypophysiary adenomas.
- Small malignant tumours.

out in a few hours with one or two day in-patient stay.
- General anaesthesia is only demanded in children.
